100 Days to Brave is an online faith, fitness & nutrition support group for Women & Moms ❤️ This group is not on social media, and is in a completely private app.

-Weekly meal plans and/or meal prep tips posted every Friday, that are then archived in the comments of the pinned post, so you can find them for easy reference!
-Daily "at home" streaming workouts that fit around your lifestyle. No babysitter needed!
-A community of supportive friends & my personal coach support which includes:
*(optional but highly recommended) An initial 30-60 min phone call to meet you and help you to set up a new routine with new healthy habits & habit tracking
*Matching you with one of the several complete nutrition programs included with your streaming fitness subscription
