Event Details and Logisitics

We have a limited number of events each semester and please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate every company each semester or year.

Event Format:
~1 hour presentation and Q&A
~30 minutes of networking afterward

Events typically run over dinner time, so we typically ask employers to cover the cost of food for the networking portion. Food logistics and coordination are handled by the club. Costs are generally around $350, although this depends on the food selection.

We understand these events are recruiting opportunities; however, we find that students are more engaged when presentations focus less on internships and full-time roles and more on meaningful, engaging content relevant to students. We kindly ask that the presentation not be entirely focused on company promotion.

We also encourage creativity! Presentations that engage students, such as panels, case studies, or other interactive elements, consistently receive the most positive feedback.

While this has been our typical format over the past few years, we welcome any thoughts or suggestions you may have. Thank you in advance for the time and resources you dedicate to speaking with our club, it is truly appreciated!
