Vendor Registration Form - VENDING REGISTRATION CLOSES August 21st

Registration - OPEN for FOOD and MERCHANDISE -- Please See Registration Section

We are accepting submission for merchandise and food vendors on a first come first serve basis until closed.

Please complete the form and you will be entered into our system to request vending at Hookahville 52. This form will notify us of your intent and to provide information that will hold your place in the queue by time stamping your request. It is the best method to lock in your booth or walking pass at this time.

REGISTRATION FEES for BOOTH VENDING - (Open)

-Vendors row MERCHANDISE 10x10 Booth: (includes 2 tickets and electric hook up): $375.00* if registration is made before August 20, 2019.

- Vendors row SPECIALTY FOOD 20x10 Booth: (Includes 3 tickets and 110 electric hookup): $600* if payment is received before August 20, 2019 and paid online. Vendors who specialize in limited or select items that do not cater to Full Service Meals -- We only have 1 Specialty Food Slot.

- Vendors row FULL FOOD SERVICE 20x20 Booth: (includes 4 tickets and electric hook up): $1000.00* if registration is made before August 20, 2019.


ALL VENDING SELECTION WILL BE CLOSED by August 21, 2019.
NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

$225 Walking Pass (Includes 1 Pass and includes Thursday / $200 Fri-Mon)
$150 for 20x10 for merchandise vendors
$200 for Full Set up - 20x20 for merchandise vendors

Vending Includes:
2 General Admission Passes to Event for Merchandise Sales-includes 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)
3 General Admission Passes to Event for Specialty Food Sales-includes 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)
4 General Admission Passes to Event for Full Service Food Sales-includes 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)

Payment:
Payment confirms your commitment to participate. Please submit carefully and ensure you are able to vend at the event. This is a nonrefundable, rain or shine event and once your slot is registered and confirmed, we cannot offer it to someone else.

By submitting this form, it does not guarantee that you will be selected to Vend. Spots are limited and we only have so many that we can offer.

Restrictions:
Camping behind merchandise vending booths may be permitted in certain spaces.
NO 50 AMP Services can be provided. If you need 50AMPs we recommend a generator.
NO RV's will be permitted behind your vending space.
NO pull behinds or campers allowed in Vending Row. 1 car per site. Everybody who purchases a 10x10 space has an opportunity to upgrade into a 20x10 space, or the full 20'x20' space -- Please inquire with us if you need more space or have any questions.


* For all online or credit card payments there is a 3.5% processing fee added to the total.
