Mục tiêu:  Nhằm tham vấn ý kiến từ các chuyên gia và các bên liên quan về (1) Báo cáo đánh giá thực trạng rò rỉ nhựa tại thành phố Hà Nội và (2) Tài liệu hướng dẫn kỹ thuật về phòng chống rò rỉ nhựa và mảnh nhựa từ các nhà máy và khu vực tái chế phi chính thức, nhằm góp phần ngăn chặn rò rỉ nhựa và mảnh nhựa từ các hoạt động tái chế ra đại dương tại các quốc gia thành viên ASEAN.
