Trunk & Tailgate 2019
APPLICATION DEADLINES & FEES:
DEADLINE: June 1, 2019, if space is available. Apply early. We’ll start announcing acceptances earlier.
Application/Booth Fee: $20 HVCA members / $25 non-HVCA members
Booth spaces are one typical parking space. Pull in, pop your trunk, sell, or set up a tent and park elsewhere.

The point of this art show is to destash and clear out seconds or older fine art, craft, and supplies in all media. This is not a household garage sale. Only fine arts, quality crafts, and usable art materials in all media are allowed. Participation is open to artists 18 years or older. Electricity is NOT available.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
-The HVCA organizers reserve the right to interpret these rules and to decline any applicant. Booth must be set up before 8:45 am on Saturday, June 29. Applicants are responsible for: providing their own displays, including tables, chairs, fixtures, etc.; monitoring, staffing, and securing their property at all times; collection and payment of Michigan sales taxes; breaking down booth no earlier than 4pm; clearing their area and vacating site no later than 6pm. An application is a commitment to the show, failure to comply with all/any rules may result in expulsion from the show and loss of fees paid at the discretion of HVCA.

WAIVER/RELEASE: By digitally signing this application, participant hereby agrees that The Art Shop (TAS), the Huron Valley Council for the Arts (HVCA), and Highland Township (HT) shall not be liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained by any participants, his/her heirs, or any person or organization, arising out of your participation in any event, including the loss or damage to work exhibited or on premises. Participant hereby fully and forever release TAS, HVCA, HT, and their volunteers from any and all causes of action, claims, and demands of any nature that arise out of any event.

You must pay your application/booth fee immediately for the entry to be fully submitted; this fee is non-refundable, although it will be fully refunded if if we fill up prior to your acceptance.

Pay using the Paypal link located toward the bottom of https://www.huronvalleyarts.org/1/257/gallery_exhibition.asp (preferred method.) You may also pay by mailing a check to HVCA, PO Box 999, Highland, MI 48357. If you choose this form of payment, you MUST include a copy of your application with your checks. Applicants will be assessed a $50.00 fee for bounced checks.
