Please fill out this form to receive your student parking sticker from the Den. Every student who parks on campus MUST have a parking permit displayed in their front windshield. (inside, lower drivers side)

This includes seniors who have an assigned/numbered parking spot. If you have multiple vehicles, please fill this form out again for each vehicle. Failure to display a valid permit may result in a ticket or towing of your vehicle. YOU MAY NOT PARK IN AN ASSIGNED SENIOR SPOT THAT IS NUMBERED OR PAINTED ON IF IT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU!
