The State of Youth in Little Village

This survey is for young people ages 14–25 who live in, grew up in, or spend time in Little Village. We want to learn from you about your experiences, strengths, ideas, and what helps young people in the community grow and thrive.

Your perspective will help us understand what’s going well, what supports young people already use, and what opportunities could make an even bigger impact.
