SJAA Arts & Culture Field Survey - Responding to COVID-19

San José Arts Advocates (SJAA) is conducting a brief survey to better understand how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting independent cultural workers, artists, and nonprofit arts & cultural organizations in San José. We recognize that the situation continues to change rapidly, and SJAA plans to use responses from this survey to inform and support advocacy efforts on behalf of the San José arts and cultural community.

Your contact information will remain CONFIDENTIAL, and your responses will be aggregated anonymously to provide a picture for decision makers of current challenges facing our arts and cultural community. Results from the survey will also be used to advocate for resources and support from funders and governmental agencies.

NOTE: We understand that many of us wear a number of "hats" within the creative community. Please feel free to submit multiple responses to the survey to provide perspective from your various roles (e.g. individual artist, nonprofit staff, business owner, etc.) There will be a link at the end to "Submit another response."
