Xanadu Camp B | July 9-August 3
CAMP INFORMATION
• Enrollment is open to students entering 7th grade and up.
• Camp meets at Cinnabar Theater every Monday - Friday, 1:30pm to 5:30pm, July 9 through August 3.
• Performances will be at the theater the weekend of August 3-5.
• Additional camp information will be mailed as the camp gets closer.
ENROLLMENT/TUITION
• For liability and safety, please fill out a new form for each enrollment, even if you have a returning student.
• We cannot guarantee your spot in camp until the form is submitted AND you have either paid a $250 deposit OR completed a scholarship request.
• Payment plans can be arranged. Partial Scholarships may be available. Please call or email Nathan for details.
• A tuition discount of 10% is given for multiple enrollments within the same family.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy allows for a tuition refund based off the following dates. All refund request must be submitted by email.
Refund Dates:
Before March 15, full refund minus $50.00 processing fee
Before April 1, ½ of all tuition paid minus $50.00 processing fee
No refunds will be given after April 1.
