Should I blog a book? & then publish it?

Originally I had conceived this "What You Need To Know To Grow" series as a 3 part blog post about sunlight, soil, and water-- with possible "sequels" about how to plant, water, and deal with pests. You know, the basics. Not more than 5-6 posts in total.

But then I thought: rather than stop there, what if I expanded agricultural basics to give you my broader perspective on how I ensure that my food gardening projects are bountiful & successful in a holistic sense. And, in my own style, I'd plan to share stories & personal experiences, of course, so the facts would have something to anchor on to in your memory. What do you think? Should I do it?

Well, should I?
If you could wave a magic wand to help me create the best possible gardening book, what would it have in it? What are the most important topics, stories, or most helpful tid-bits I should include?
