TO USE CONTENT OF SUBMITTED ENTRIES

By signing below, I grant permission to the League of Women Voters Austin Area (LWVAA), and to any individual or entity acting for or under license from them, (collectively “LWVAA”), to use the images, words, and/or audio (“Recordings”) in my submission. This permission is limited to submissions made for Picture This contests, promotions, sales, and events.

The League of Women Voters of Austin Area (LWVAA) may use the submission anywhere in the world, in any medium, and may edit, crop, or retouch the submission, and may use them in their entirety, in part, or may create derivative works based on the submission. It may use the submission for any purpose, which may include education, advocacy, fundraising, and advertising but this permission is not limited to these purposes. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to use of the submission. I acknowledge that I will not receive any further notice of any use of the submission or the opportunity to inspect or approve any use.
