Once your application has been accepted payment is required promptly to ensure reservation of stand.

Charities and Discounts
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any discounts to  charities or not-for-profit organisations due to the substantial costs  and extra additional overheads in running the event

CHARGES 
     Inside      Craft Tent table       £38
    Outdoor;  Pitch only 3mx3m   £38
                     3m with parking       £55 
                                  (parking is adjacent or close to pitch)
                    Large Pitch inc parking  6mx6m    £89 
                                                             (additional area at £15 per metre frontage)

There is no provision of power or water to any location. Indoor stalls are provided with a table. Outdoor pitch is pitch only - you may erect shelter or gazebo within the allocated area and must provide all your own equipment

Most of our catering & attraction requirements are filled by regular suppliers,
