ICNYU Visitor Building Access Form | Approval Required
NYU ALUMNI - Please use a NON- NYU email to fill out this form.

STEPS TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BUILDING:
  1. Please fill out the form in full prior to arriving.
  2. Submit one form separately for each visitor. 
  3. IC staff will submit your info to NYU requesting visitor access for you.
  4. Once you are approved, you will be able to enter our building at 238 Thompson Street by signing in at the front desk with a physical, government-issued ID card. A digital card or a photo of an ID card will not be accepted. 
NOTE: You no longer will need to use a screener or upload proof of COVID vaccination.
