A brief reminder before you continue -- As per our policy, drop requests must be completed by the 15th of the month in order to avoid AutoCharge on the 1st of the following month.** If you are submitting this form after the 15th, you will be charged for next month's tuition, and this drop will be effective in the month following the next. Your student may continue taking class through the end of the month(s) for which you have paid.

**NOTE REGARDING DROPS DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: We are accepting drops through March 30 at 5:00 pm. At that time, no additional drops will be accepted for April as we need time to input drops and work with our merchant services to prepare AutoCharges on April 1. Thank you for your understanding. If we are able to re-open the studio in May and you'd like to re-enroll in classes, registration fees will be waived.
