Something Old, Something New Bridal Swap Registration Form (February 2nd, 2025)
Newly Weds, the wedding is over. And you'd like to see your living room floor again. We've got just the thing for you! For the bride-to-be, this event is for YOU, too!

Past Brides and Artisans will be on hand to clear out inventory and sell wedding-related goods and decor. We’ll also be mixing in some of your favorite vendors for those still in the planning phase. Come out on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025 to Steinhardt Brewing Company!

What is a Bridal Swap? Glad you asked!:

  • Swap, Sell, or Donate: Bring your gently used or new wedding decor items and swap, sell, or donate them to brides-to-be who are eager to add a personal touch to their special day. This includes items like centerpieces, table settings, candles, vases, linens, signage, and more.

  • Bridal Community: Connect with other brides, bridesmaids, newlyweds, and vendors. Share stories, tips, and ideas, and build lasting friendships within the bridal community.

  • Sustainability Focus: Embrace eco-conscious wedding planning by reducing waste and reusing decor items, all while creating the wedding of your dreams.

There are just a few "housekeeping rules" to make sure this runs as smoothly as possible:

  •  We are requesting a $25 donation for each reservation/table space.  Attendees will also have the optiont to make a donation at the door. All proceeds from the day will be donated to Heartly House. 
  • Tables will be available for use, but please only bring what you think you can reasonably sell in a few hours. - If for some reason you register and cannot attend, please let us know so that we can offer the space to others.
  • You are responsible for all payment transactions.  From prior experience, most people utilize Venmo and Paypal. Coming with some sort of cash bank is good idea. I'd like to avoid people asking the bar/bartenders for change. 
  • Any unsold items MUST be taken home.  Steinhardt is giving us the space for free. And we want to leave the space in the state we found it. 
  • This event is getting a lot of attention. And spaces will fill rapidly as the fall wedding season slows down.
  • This is our first go at something like this. Please be patient as we iron out the details.
  • Please email Jennifer@nevermoreevents.com for payment details to reserve your space. 
  • Checks made out directly to Heartly House the day of is obviously the easiest. We understand that may not work for everyone. We'd like to try and avoid Venmo/Paypal as they absorb some of the money donated.
