Thank you for your interest in volunteer with us for Watershed Cleanup Day. This event has been taking place annually since 1997 and thanks to volunteers like you, has prevented more than 6 million pounds of litter and waste from entering our waterways by removing it from areas close to streams and disposing of it responsibly. Hundreds of community members join this effort each year, and we look forward to working with everyone on April 24 to clean up local stream sides to create a healthier and more beautiful region for everyone!
Please note we will be taking every step possible to make this event safely socially distanced for everyone involved. Masks will be required to be worn at all times, and groups and families will have their own site whenever possible. Because this event is completely outdoors, it will be possible and required, to maintain 6 feet of social distancing with anyone you don’t share a home with.
We have filled all of our sites for Watershed Cleanup Day as of 4/15/2021. However, if you would like to join the cleanup, we can still provide you supplies, you would just have to use your home garbage service to throw away the litter you collected.
You’ll receive an email from ClearWater Conservancy closer to April 24 with instructions about picking up materials for the cleanup.
