SFCC Private Music Registration Form
The South Franklin Community Center offers a limited number of music lessons for Piano, Guitar and Violin for residents of Provo. Filling out this form does not guarantee that you will have a spot, the times will be filled on a first come basis. We will contact you within the next few weeks if we have an available space for you. Priority will be given to current South Franklin residents.

El Centro Comunitario de South Franklin ofrece lecciones de música privadas para el piano, la guitarra y el violín para familias que vivan en Provo. Hay un límite de espacios, y esta forma es una solicitación para estas lecciones. Los primeros que aplican recibirán los espacios. Los contactaremos a ustedes en dos o tres semanas si han recibido un espacio. Prioridad va los residentes de South Franklin.

Lessons are available for everyone ages 8 and up. In order to take music lessons kids 8-10 will have had to take children's choir or they may audition to show their music abilities are not a beginners level. After regularly attending the choir a child can move to a group or private lesson.  In all situations music instructors and center staff will determine the best fit for the student.

Lecciones son para los niños y adultos de 8 años y adelante. Las lecciones de la tarde (después de las 2 pm) son para los niños. Las lecciones para los adultos se acaban durante el día (entre las 10am y la 1pm). Para poder tomar clases, niños de 8-10 años tienen que tomar el coro de niños o dar una audición para enseñarnos a qué nivel están. Está en nosotros y en los instructores de música para decidir si clases de grupo o clases privadas son mejor para el estudiante.

Parents must be present (in the community center) during all of their children's lessons.

Los padres de los niños tienen que estar presente en el centro comunitario durante todas las lecciones de sus hijos.>

Spots are available on a first come first serve basis and classes are taught based on teacher availability.

Student's can not switch to a different instrument after they have registered.

We have the right to drop a student if the student misses more than three classes without letting the Center and Instructor know.

It is up to us and our instructors on whether we place your child in choir, group lessons, or private lessons based on their ability.
