Metroparks Toledo Adaptive Equipment Request Form
Hit the trails of Wildwood Preserve Metropark and set out on an adventure with the freedom of the Action Track Chair, Adaptive Bike Ride, Adaptive Tricycle, or GRIT Freedom Chair.

For safety reasons, users are required to bring a companion. Also, if assistance is needed to transfer, the companion must be able to assist with the transfer. Park staff and/or volunteers are unable to assist with transfers.

All chair, bike and trike options below are available to use year-round for three hours at a time maximum. Rentals are out of the Maintenance Area where trails can be accessed.

Please fill out this form to reserve our Action Track Chair, Adaptive Bike Ride, Adaptive Tricycle, or GRIT Freedom Chair. Wildwood Preserve Metropark address is 5100 W. Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43615.

The Adaptive Fishing Equipment can also be reserved below and is available at the Oak Openings Mallard Lake Area.

It is recommended that you give at least 3 business days advance notice so we can schedule someone to help you.
