11/12 Holiday Sides Menu
Welcome to another week in the kitchen of Anchored Blessings.  We are so excited to be part of your holidays again this year!  Many have asked for Thanksgiving sides to make a stress-free holiday for you and yours.  Mission accomplished!

This week we offer family friendly freezer sides for your Thanksgiving gathering.  Let us take the work out of planning, shopping and preparing meals for your family.  All items are either frozen or ready to be frozen.  Meals are prepared for your oven and/or slow cooker and come with a "Please, Lord, let my kids eat this!" prayer already prayed over it!

Each 9x13 pan will easily feed 6-8 persons or possibly more if you're serving multiple sides.

Orders placed by MONDAY November 13 by 8 pm will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday-Saturday, November 16-17.  If you miss the deadline, have no fear as we generally do work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:  Please make sure to fill out all required information.  Please choose one of the allotted time-frames. If you need to make different arrangements, simply choose "other" and fill in the information on the "Comments" section.  We will certainly do our best to accommodate your schedule, but will contact you if your request may need to be modified.

Be sure to go through all screens and click "SUBMIT"  in order to process your order.  We will e-mail confirmation within a day or so along with an order total to you.

PAYMENT:  Payment will be cash or check made payable to Joanna Rowell.  All sides are $20 each. No half orders this week.

Whole kernel corn swimming in a delicious, sweet, creamy, buttery, milky sauce that can go in your oven or in your slow cooker (yay) to free up oven space.  Another staple side dish at any Thanksgiving feast.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
You don't have to wait for December to receive the gift of not having to wake up early to make breakfast for your crew!  One of our customer favorites is this cheesy egg-based sausage combination baked with cubed bread and a handful of seasonings. It's a great thaw and bake meal.  After all, who says that you can only eat breakfast in the morning?  We LOVE breakfast for dinner!  However, for those of you that want to serve it for breakfast -- no hard feelings! It completely takes the work out of getting out the door in the morning.  Okay, not really... but it sounds good. Right? We all know that someone's inevitably going to forget to brush their fangs, can't find their shoes, their brush, their phone, their earbuds, their backpack, their snack.  Wait..what were talking about? Oh yes, our wonderful little angels who LIVE to make our lives run smoothly in the morning.  Breakfast -- don't let them leave home without it!

Southern Pecan Pie
It's just not a complete Thanksgiving at our home without a delicious, oh-so-decadent, buttery flaked crust, melt-in-your-mouth (I probably shouldn't write these entries when I'm hungry) pecan pie.  If we had to rank pies, this would be my favorite hands-down.  It takes patience to wait for these to cool but oooooh when they do..... mercy!

Slow Cooker Green Bean Casserole
Y'all, I don't know what it is about Thanksgiving, but it's just NOT Thanksgiving without some green bean casserole!  I just expect it at holiday meals, don't you? Gooey, creamy southern mushroom béchamel sauce mixed with green beans and accented by crunchy French fried onions. This is southern comfort food for sure!  Green bean casserole is one of those timeless dishes tied to generations of families gathered around tables each Thanksgiving and Christmas. The blessing about this dish is that it can be cooked in your slow cooker freeing up your oven!  Simply toast the extra topping in the oven before placing them on top.  Win-Win!

Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese
There's nothing we can say except... YUM!  You can't get through the Thanksgiving holiday without a heaping bowl of cheesy goodness topped with a crunchy, buttery Panko topping.  Hearty elbow macaroni in a thick, gooey cheese sauce... skip the turkey and go straight for a carb coma.  It's totally worth it!  I say grab a scoop... maybe two, turn on the Cowboys game and have yourself a bowl of happy!  You don't have to share.  We won't tell.

Mom's Mashed Potato Casserole
A new take on traditional mashed potatoes with a creamy base with a hint of herbs and onion and topped with a sprinkling of cheese.  To add gravy or to not add gravy, that will be the only question
