Thank you for your interest in joining our Philippine Sociological Society (PSS) 2019 National
Conference to be held at Central Mindanao University, Bukidnon, Philippines from October 3 to 5, 2019.

We invite you to fill-up this PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM to (a) know your personal
information; (b) encourage PSS membership; and (c) determine conference related-needs, payment
options; and pre-conference tour participation.

The theme of our conference is "Engaged Citizenship and Identities". Our conference events include pre-conference
tour on October 3, 2019; plenary and parallel sessions (with more than 150 paper presentations); cultural night & solidarity dinners.

The conference registration fee is Php 3,000.00 (inclusive of meals, snacks and a conference kit). To encourage more participation of new generation sociology/social science enthusiasts, UNDERGRADUATE students may avail of a reduced conference registration rate of Php 2,000.00.
