2019 Vancouver Harvest Market Application
Thank you for your interest in the Vancouver Farmers Market's annual Harvest Market! This market takes place outside on Esther Street, between 6th and 8th Streets in downtown Vancouver on Saturday, November 23rd from 9am - 2pm. This farm and food focused market is an excellent chance for customers to grab lunch on a fabulous fall day, stock up on storage crops for the winter and shop for Thanksgiving dinner.

Current & New Vendors
Current VFM vendors will automatically be accepted into the Harvest Market, but may only sell what they are approved to sell during the regular market season. Please contact us if you are interested in selling new items at this market.

New applicants will be juried/evaluated over email. If you are a returning Harvest Market vendor selling the same products, you are not required to re-jury. Please note that passing the Harvest Market approval process does not carry over to the 2020 regular market season. New vendors must provide proof of appropriate business licensing and health department permits if applicable.
Market Fee Structure
10' x 10' Space: $50
10' x 20' Space: $100

Electricity: $5
Natural Gas: $5
Use of Water/Sink: $5
Garbage Disposal: $5

Please note that all payment is due at the time of application and no refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 1st. The Harvest Market application deadline is October 27th.
