Nomination Questionnaire - Vice Chancellor's Award for Teaching Excellence
Dear Nominator,

This Questionnaire ensures that Nominators are willing to contribute information about the Nominee that shares how they demonstrate “excellence” – above and beyond their typical duties and how they have a strong impact on students and their learning. We want to make sure that each Nominee meets the criteria in the Call before they proceed with the rigours process of preparing a portfolio. 

Incase your response is limited to one or two lines without specific example of how the nominee meets the criteria of excellence shared in the call, we may reach out to you via email and request to resubmit a short description for the nominee.

Please note: The Learning Institute can also work with the Nominator & Nominee in preparing the Portfolio.
