CAT Youth Theatre Application

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE BEFORE APPLYING  
NOTE: THIS IS AN APPLICATION FOR NEW MEMBERS ONLY, NOT REGISTRATION FOR THE UPCOMING SEMESTER. If we are able to offer you a spot, we will send you and invitation and registration paperwork separately. 

RETURNING MEMBERS: If you have already attended CAT Youth Theatre or Junior Youth Theatre and wish to continue, please do not fill out this form -  you already have a spot. Let us know you wish to continue (even if you're returning after a break from CAT) by calling or emailing the Youth Theatre.

CAT Youth Theatre (9th through 12th grades) meets on Tuesdays September 15, 2026 through May, 2027 4:00pm-6:30pm.

CAT JUNIOR Youth Theatre (6th through 8th grades) meets on Wednesdays September 16, 2026 through May, 2027 from 4:00pm-6:30pm. 

There will be an INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP for both groups on Saturday, September 12. 9:30am-12:30pm for JYT and 2-5pm for YT. New and returning members are strongly encouraged to attend. 

The program is free and no audition is required. However, in order to maintain your membership and participate in our yearly performances, consistent and on-time attendance is required as well as active participation in each session. If you are not able to attend a session, you must let us know. 

We accept applications on a rolling basis and invite new members during invitation periods only. Spots are limited and we carry a waitlist. 

Weekly sessions are held at CAT's midtown studios and are wheelchair accessible.
