CWRU Music: Event Application
Ready to plan your special event? CWRU students, faculty, and staff, or External Groups should use this form to plan a special event that may require more than one room, support services, or funding. 

Including, but not limited to: 
  • professional development
  • single-day or multi-day conference
  • lecture
  • panel
  • workshop
  • retreat
Any special event that may include external guests requires a plan for review and approval by our operations and budget staff. As a first step, your application will be reviewed by our operations staff. An External Group must be sponsored/hosted by a CWRU Affiliate in the Department of Music (with a Network ID). 

Do not use this form for everyday reservations.
