This policy maker, public official, public servant or ambassador for our industry makes a real and measurable impact on the advancement of Colorado’s technology industry.

All nominations must be submitted via this electronic form, and once submitted, all nominations are final. Your award nomination must be submitted by Saturday, October 31st, 2020.

TIPS: Draft your answers to the essay questions in a separate text document and be concise. Once finalized, you can then copy/paste the info into this form for submission. We strongly advise against composing the answers to the essay questions live in the online form.

CTA's panel of judges are looking for nominations that are well thought-out, detailed, and showcase accomplishments both over the course of time and over the past year. Nominations that are lacking these three components are less likely to be considered for finalist and/or winner designations. We recommend you collaborating directly with your nominee for your nomination form to provide quality information and may reach out to them to inquire about additional information, if needed.
