Assalaamu 'alaykum. (Peace be upon you). We appreciate your decision to allow members of the ICOB community to nominate you for a role on either the Executive Committee or the Board of Trustees.
Once you complete this form, the Electoral Committee will display your name and pertinent details on a webpage accessible to the community, as well as on physical notices within the masjid. This allows community members to familiarize themselves with you and your willingness to be nominated,

Which Women's Division Executive Committee and Board of Trustees positions are you NOT willing to serve as?

NOTE: None of the following seven WDEC positions are defined in the constitution, and so the WDEC can divide the actual roles and responsibilities of the Committee members in whichever way serves the needs of the sisters in the ICOB community.

President — primary executive position, serving on the Board of Trustees as well

Vice President — assists and serves as primary executive position while president is absent

General Secretary — convenes meetings, handles communication

Treasurer — does basic accounting of the ICOB budget and expenses

Maintenance — organizes the maintenance of the masjid and grounds

Social Activities — organizes community gatherings

Da'wah — works with the imam on da'wah communication and initiatives

Board of Trustees member — four year position, votes on long-term ICOB matters
