St. Bernard Sanitation Volunteers
As we resume Public Masses, we are in need of several volunteers who would be willing to help sanitize the church after Mass is celebrated on Saturday and Sunday. The Diocese has provided specific guidelines for the sanitation process and the parish will supply all the necessary products.

We are specifically in need of 6-8 volunteers to help wash and disinfect the following after each weekend Mass:
- Hand rails, door handles, push plates, and knobs
- Pew tops in rows used by congregants
- Restrooms
- Chalice and ciboria after proper purification of the vessels. Please wash using hot, soapy water
- The Lectionary and Roman Missal
- Microphone covers and adjustable microphones
- Anything else frequently touched

If you are able to help, please select below after which Mass you would like to help. If you are at high-risk to COVID-19 due to age, immune difficulties or other circumstances, please do not feel obligated to volunteer. Our desire is for everyone to remain safe and healthy while still having the opportunity to return to Mass!

Those who are able to help will be grouped into teams to clean weekly after the same Mass each week. For example, the same group will always clean following the 8:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays. If a weekly commitment does not work for you but you would like to be on a list to call if assistance is needed for some reason, please indicate that below.

Thank you in advance for your generosity! After we have enough volunteers, an email will be sent out to confirm and give further directions.
