RTP Vendor Application for RTP’s 10TH Annual Classic Car Show Saturday, September 25, 2021

Vendor Space 10x10 with electricity. Vendors provide their own popups, tables, chairs, electric cords, etc

Must be set up by 8:30 a.m. and must clean up your area after the event. Cost is $40.00 per spot.

"DO NOT FILL OUT THE VENDOR APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT INTEND ON SUBMITTING THE VENDING FEE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ACCEPTANCE EMAIL - WE WILL NO LONGER HOLD SPOTS FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT SUBMIT THE VENDING FEE AS REQUIRED. WE HAVE PASSED OTHER VENDORS UP BY HOLDING SPOTS FOR THOSE WHO NEVER SUBMITTED THE FEE, WE WILL NO LONGER DO THAT." - RPT PRESIDENT

RTP will make final decision of what can and cannot be sold. No products that are questionable/inappropriate/and or of sexual nature, will be allowed. Merchant Vendors may keep all the money from the sale of their merchandise, we do not take a percentage.

All Merchant Vendors application MUST be submitted by SEPT 22ND, 2021 once you have been notified that your application has been accepted, you MUST submit your vending fee. No refunds, unless event is canceled. Only 10 Vendors accepted. First come first serve. Vendor will be notified immediately and once you have been notified that your application has been accepted your fee is due. Go our website www.rtpevents.org and click on PayPal link (Donate Button) that is located on every page and submit your vending fee. (IF YOUR FEE IS NOT PAID WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY EMAIL THAT YOUR APPLICATION WAS ACCEPTED, THEN YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REMOVED)

** PLEASE NOTE** DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS FILLED OUT BY VENDOR CONSULTANTS WITH MANY NOT SUBMITTING THEIR VENDOR FEE NOR CONTACTING THE VENDOR DIRECTOR, CHRISTI @ christi@rtpevents.org, TO HAVE HER WITHDRAW THEIR APPLICATION SO WE CAN REPLACE THAT SPOT WITH ANOTHER VENDOR, UNDERSTAND, HENCEFORTH, WE WILL DISCARD APPLICATIONS THAT ARE SUBMITTED IF THE VENDOR FEE ISN'T RECEIVED AFTER VENDOR HAS BEEN NOTIFIED YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. PLEASE NOTE** WE NO LONGER RECEIVE APPLICATION FROM CONSULTANTS WHO FAILED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH SUBMITTING THEIR VENDOR FEE. BEING A BUSINESS CONSULTANT YOU SHOULD REALIZE IT'S CALLED PROTOCOL, COURTESY AND RESPECT. VENDORS LIKE TO GET PAID, SO DO WE. WE DEAL FAIRLY AND WITH DEEP RESPECT FOR VENDORS AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE THE SAME IN RETURN.

NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH OR NOT CONTACTING OUR ORGANIZATION TO ADVISE US THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO BE WITH US CAUSES OTHER CONSULTANTS TO BE OVERLOOKED AND THEN THEY MOVE FORWARD AND REGISTER AT ANOTHER EVENT, WHICH HURTS OUR ORGANIZATION. ALTHOUGH WE CAN'T GUARANTEE SALES FOR OUR CONSULTANTS, WE STRIVE VERY HARD TO PROMOTE OUR VENDORS IN ORDER TO, HOPEFULLY, HELP THEM MAKE SALES AT THE ANNUAL CAR SHOW BECAUSE WE DEEPLY APPRECIATION THAT THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO VEND WITH US. RTP, is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization ALL volunteered staffed who receive no personal income from our organization; all proceeds made goes to provide free services and free festival events for the public.

When you submit your vending fee, go online at RTP's website and use our PayPal acct. at www.rtpevents.org click on the donate button which is our non-profit PayPal. Please note your name and your product when paying. Thank you.

RTP’s BOD reserves the right to reject any application. We do not double book same product consultants.
Space size for vendors is 10’x10’ with electricity, you must provide your own electrical cord, refunds available if rained out.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Raise The Praise Productions Inc., the City of Portland, Days Gone By & and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against same, including, ALL costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages, arising out of or in connection with any structure erected by Vendors (ii) any apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by Vendor (s). Vendors acknowledge they have by their own free will accepted the total responsibility of vending at this event and are completely responsible for their equipment and merchandise. Vendors further acknowledge that RTP cannot and will not be liable to care for or look after and or protect anything and or merchandise associated with participating vendors.

Please note – golf carts are not permissible on the property.
