Since Salesforce’s acquisition of MuleSoft in 2018, MuleSoft have been helping Salesforce customers increase customers satisfaction by 35%, as well reducing maintenance costs by 63% and a 100% improvement in innovation, by enabling deeper consumer insights, and better connected customer experiences. During the workshop :
  • Salesforce Partners can identify use cases where MuleSoft’s pillars for success: API Led Connectivity, Anypoint Platform and C4E can be leveraged
  • Salesforce Partners get a first understanding on how to design and implement Salesforce Integration Solutions with 3rd party systems using MuleSoft
  • Get a first hands on experience to Design, Implement, Deploy APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform. We will be undertaking 3 hand-on lab exercises .
Who should Attend :
  • Salesforce Designers and Developers who are involved in Integrating Salesforce with other applications
  • Salesforce Architects responsible for designs
  • Pre-sales consultants
Workshop participants are encouraged to have a basic understanding of integration concepts and should be comfortable using an Eclipse-based IDE to design integration workflows.  Deep integration or development experience is not required.
Assumptions and prerequisites:
- Attendees are aware and familiar with MuleSoft offerings
- Attendees want to learn more about how MuleSoft can be leveraged to integrate Salesforce to other systems following our tooling, approach and processes for success

This working session consists of a series of hands-on labs around MuleSoft and Salesforce integration and connector content enablement to understand MuleSoft´s point of view and value proposition.
