The purpose of this form is to identify and describe materials marked for deaccessioning. 
Materials selected for deaccessioning must meet at least one of the following criteria:

1. Materials do not fall within scope of collection policy
2. Materials are duplicates of materials already in the collection
3. Materials can no longer be maintained or preserved by the College Archives
4. Materials have deteriorated or degraded beyond use, and cannot be repaired, exhibited, or used by classes and researchers.
