Arrival Arrangement and Mentor Support Form 2020/2021 Spring

In order to make students arrival procedures easier, we kindly ask you to fill-out this form with information about your arrival.
We highly advice you to request for a local mentor.

Please note that we ask you to fill-in your arrival date. If you don't know it yet, please indicate approximate date. If anything changes - please inform your coordinator and mentor at VMU.

If you're in need of a place for self-isolation, please send an email to arrival@vdu.lt together with your travel ticket/ confirmation in order for VMU to book you a room for 14 days self-isolation.
