Teaching Assistants and Assistant Counselors play an important role in our summer program: Teaching Assistants work in the morning providing academic support during our academic blocks and lead academic activities while Assistant Counselors work in the afternoon assisting and leading groups during field trips, clubs and other enrichment activities.
In addition to working directly with our youth participants and teachers, you will engage in weekly meetings and workshops on career and college readiness. This position will be a great opportunity for you to build and practice your leadership and workforce skills, connect with your peers and make an important impact in the community.

Must be a full-time resident of the City of Boston and have proof of address from school as well as currently be enrolled in high school or a GED/Alternative Education program.6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
