School COVID Test/PPE Orders
PLEASE READ:

Complete this form if your Nevada school would like to order COVID antigen tests and/or PPE from the Nevada Department of Emergency Management southern warehouse. Orders are not guaranteed to be fulfilled and shipment dates may vary. Fulfillment of PPE orders is subject to available inventory. Shipping and resources are free for all eligible recipients. 

Childcare programs (including daycares, ECEs, FFNs, preschools, etc.) are now being directed to order resources from the Nevada Strong Start Childcare Services Center request portal: https://www.nevadaccsc.org/utility-pages/log-in/?redirectUrl=/
