Join fellow parents and students in welcoming and recognizing WWII, Korean and Vietnam War veterans as their Honor Flight arrives to Dulles International Airport (IAD). Volunteers will greet them outside the main terminal and will not pass through TSA security. Please register below for each person attending.
Honor Flight is a national organization that transports American Veterans to Washington, D.C. to celebrate and share in a day of honor at our nation’s memorials.

Saturday, November 4 - 8:30-11:00 a.m.
Location: Dulles International Airport (IAD) - Main Terminal
Flight Arrivals: 9:00 a.m. and 10:10 a.m.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the flight arrival time. All volunteers must complete the Honor Flight form in addition to this form to register. Please click here to register. You will receive an email 24-48 hours in advance with instructions, parking location and procedures and a placard to place on your car’s dashboard.
What to Bring:
- Wear your favorite FH spirit wear to show Husky pride!
- Make patriotic posters and bring cowbells and streamers/poms to welcome vets
