This form is not monitored 24/7.  If you feel that there is an immediate threat to report, please contact the Scotch Plains Police Department at  (908) 322-7100 or the Fanwood Police Department at  (908) 322-5000 or dial 911 immediately and this form can be filled out later if you wish.

If you are completing this form between 8:30 a.m and 4:00 pm. when schools are in session, it will be directed to the appropriate administrator. If you are completing this form outside of those hours and believe there is a threat to our school community, please dial 911 or report it to the appropriate police department.
