At VANTAGE, you are paired with a one-on-one mentor for the year to meet with monthly. You have the option to find your mentor in the public policy field or to be assigned a mentor from the VANTAGE mentor pool. We try to match students with industry professionals but we cannot guarantee you will be paired with a mentor in public policy. There is a lot to be learned from any adult that works in a professional setting. However, if you would like to be guaranteed to have a mentor in public policy, you have the option of finding your mentor.
 
Note: Mentors cannot be a close family friend or relative.
