- Basecamp is an environmental education centre, not a resort
- Alcohol, drugs prohibited at Kanthavara Basecamp
- Phone in airplane mode & silent during the entire visit
- Follow safety instructions and always remain with the group
- Do not step outside the basecamp perimeter
- Do get out of your vehicle on the way to/from the basecamp
- Entering a Reserve Forest even accidentally is an offence. Strictly, do not enter reserve forest.
- Faculty/Parents/Guardians will be responsible for the safety and conduct of their students/children/minors respectively
- I hereby indemnify the operators and owners of the Basecamp against any legal or financial claims arising out of my visit to the Basecamp
- Basecamp Management reserves the right to deny entry / expel visitors at any time
