Pre-Advent Retreat Registration
Get a jump on your Advent planning! All are invited to join us October 21-22, 2021 (Thursday-Friday), for a time of discussion, preparation and fellowship before the Advent season. Join us at the Farmhouse as we take a look at the four gospel texts for the Sundays of Advent. We'll delve into the story to find the script in scripture and emerge with fresh insight. Pastors and lay leaders are encouraged; all are welcome.

*NOTE: this event is being offered in a hybrid format to include both online and in-person participants.We ask that both online and in-person participants register below. Please register by October 15, 2021!

-Online option: $50 per person, includes Zoom links to the sessions and time to participate in conversation throughout the retreat
-In-person Day option: $75 per person, includes day program participation on Thursday and Friday and 2 lunch meals
-In-person Overnight option: $115 per person, includes program participation, overnight lodging, and 4 meals

We will begin on Thursday, October 21 at 10am and conclude by 1pm on Friday, October 22 with a closing worship service.

For the concern of our guests and staff we are requiring a 14 day health pre-screening for all in-person participants which can be accessed here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LwN6irnGNQzMz9Ee_Eki2jUXX7JumMxPDR5-dGwoHKo/edit?usp=sharing 
We ask that those in-person participants begin monitoring and filling out that form beginning on Thursday, October 7, 2021. We will review all participant forms and conduct a quick temperature check and screening upon your arrival.

I/My child has permission to participate in all aspects of the program at Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp & Retreat Center, LLC (here in after referred to as CFLCR). I also give permission for any photo taken of myself/my child to be used for promotional purposes both in print and on the internet. I hereby give my permission to the physician selected by the CFLCR staff to secure proper treatment for myself/my child named above. CFLCR will make every effort to contact me if my child needs emergency treatment. I understand that my insurance has primary coverage and CFLCR insurance is secondary. I acknowledge that participation in the Summer Camp Program at Caroline Furnace Lutheran Camp and Retreat Center, LLC may involve risk to the Participant and to Participant’s parents or guardians, and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Activity described above, the parents/guardians of the participant acknowledge and accept the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the Activity. The parents/guardians of the Participant accept personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the Activity or during transportation to and from the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the Participant that is authorized by the Sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to here in after as the “Activity Sponsor”). Further, the parents/guardians of the Participant release and promise to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Activity Sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described Activity or transportation to and from the Activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the Activity Sponsor, the Participant, or otherwise. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the parents/guardians of the Participant agree to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the parents/guardians and the Activity Sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. ***Please type your name if you have read our wavier and give your consent*** *
