INSTRUCTIONS: The parent or guardian is to complete and submit the application by February 28, 2020. Any documentation to support the request should be sent to Dr. Ted Lombard at no later than February 28, 2020. Reference: Board Policy Student Assignment to Schools, JBCCA. NOTE: Students on affidavit of residency or who have past residency issues with the school system will not be eligible for student transfers.
**Please note - Any student not enrolled in Fayette County Schools by February 28, 2020 will not be considered for a transfer.**
