AA#4114 Using Student Growth Data from Diverse Populations in Teacher Performance Evaluation
This one-day course is an option to satisfy the Teacher Evaluation refresher requirement for Student Growth. It focuses on understanding implicit bias, differentiating for equity, and coaching more deeply when evaluating student growth for all populations of students. Upon successful completion, attendees will satisfy the requirement for retraining in student growth.
