Please answer all questions below to have your pet placed on waiting list.  If you have more than one pet, please register each one separately.  Please understand we are a VERY small group of volunteers and are normal people...things happen and life does happen to us as well.  We do our best to get your pet to the appointed place and time but sometimes cancellations happen.  For the WINTER MONTHS (NOV to MARCH) we will only secure your spot for an appointment and you self transport to that appointed clinic....so please answer that question honestly.  All dogs are self transported to our clinics....we just dont have the staff to transport them.  Please add our phone number to your phone...I text more than call but it shows as spam sometimes

Paws and Claws has made the decision to move ALL DOGS to self transport as we dont have the volunteers to transport them ourselves.  For cats at one clinic we can take them (say No I can't)  and the other is self transport (Yes I will ST).  Will you transport your pet to our clinic? *
WINTER MONTHS (NOV-MARCH) APPOINTMENTS We secure your appointment and you transport your pet (cat or dog) to the clinic on your date.  It is a same day dropoff and pickup.  For those willing to transport and do this, we will book these appointments during those months.  Please answer YES

Paws and Claws Outreach has a pre-payment policy at the time of booking your pet on the scheduled date at clinic.  We will collect payment the weekend prior to the date.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  If you must pay by check we will accept it at time of dropoff.  This must be preapproved by Tonya.  Please understand we have a non transferrable non refundable policy in place.  Please initial below you understand this policy. *
