Student Loan Forgiveness Seminar - Thursday, November 14, 2019 - Members Only
Our local and national unions know student loan debt is a critical issue for our members. We bargain hard for professional compensation salary, and we can also work together to ensure you save as much of your hard earned salary as possible. Our expert Teresa Muench from NEA Member Benefits will walk us through the process of Loan Forgiveness. This program stemmed from NEA's "Degrees Not Debt" Campaign through NEA members' advocacy around lowering the student loan debt. ESPs and certificated members are welcome.

In order to complete the please get your FSA id (don't worry, you'll be prompted again after you hit "submit")

As FWEA members we're all learning the process together, and that's why we bring in our expert. Our NEA Member Benefits expert tells us that the only absolute disqualifier to the student loan forgiveness is if you have consolidated ALL of your loans into the private marketplace. All of these questions will be answered at the seminar.
