Acorn Behaviour Consultancy is a NDIS registered provider of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Our focus is PBS that enhances a person’s quality of life, while safeguarding their dignity and safety. Our goal is to help create supportive and enabling environments that promote positive behaviour and enhance overall well-being.
Our services are provided to participants (from age 7 yrs) with NDIS plans that are NDIS/AGENCY MANAGED or PLAN MANAGED, using:
- BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT or
- IMPROVED DAILY LIVING (Core 01_741_0128_1_3 Or Capacity Building 15_056_0128_1_3 )
Please note: we are UNABLE to provide services to SELF-MANAGED participants
Request a consultation by completing this Request for Service Form (RFS) and submitting it at your earliest convenience.
On receipt of your RFS and following our intake process, we will inform you of the participant's eligibility for placement on our wait list.
N.B. For NDIS PACE Participants, Full Endorsement of Acorn Behaviour Consultancy, (i.e., up to the Behaviour Support category level), by the participant or participant's representative, is required to confirm wait list placement.
