Beta Club Members - This year we are once again tracking Beta Club Service Hours electronically.

Student members are responsible entering their hours using their district student email addresses to access the form. Link will also be posted on the Beta Club sub-page of the school website.

All service hours have to be forwarded to National Beta Club in order for our chapter's efforts to be recognized in End of Year celebrations. We are setting an aggressive goal for chapter members during 2019-20, an average of 20 hours per member. That sounds like a lot, but I believe by putting our best efforts forward and being creative we can meet or surpass that goal.

The minimum service hour requirements for chapter members to remain in good standing is 15 hours. Volunteer service hours can come from Club Sponsored Activities, Community Sponsored Activities, and Church or Youth Group Activities.
The only requirement is that each member is required to work three club sponsored events held on BMS campus.

Each time you complete service hours fill out this Google Form and Submit, your hours will automatically be tracked in a spreadsheet by Ms. Cole.

NOTE: Service hours MUST BE ENTERED WITHIN 72 Hours of the service activity in order to be counted.

NOTE: Service hours MUST BE COMPLETED OUTSIDE OF THE REGULAR SCHOOL DAY in order to be counted. Unless otherwise specifically noted.
