This form is for NEW CHORUS MEMBERS! If you already signed your child up at the beginning of the year and they participated in the Christmas Concert they are all set and automatically registered for the Spring semester. Thank you!
Come join our After-School Chorus program!
This is an extracurricular activity offered for students in Grades 1-8.

When do the groups meet?
Grade 1-2 - Thursdays - Ends 3:45pm
Grade 3-4 - Mondays - Ends 3:45pm
Grade 5-8 - Wednesdays - Ends at 3:45pm
What will we be working on during our spring semester?
All singers will be working on vocal technique, song expression, musical skills and will be learning songs for their Spring Concert in May 2023.
Price: $50 for the Spring semester (Cash or Check)
All checks made payable to “Immaculate Conception School.” Please place payment in an enclosed envelope and label the envelope with student's name, grade, and "Chorus Payment." Students should give the payment to their homeroom teacher.
Registration form and payment are due Friday, January 6, 2023. Our first week of rehearsals will begin the week of January 9th.
If you have more than one child participating in this program, please fill out separate forms for each child.
