Open call for cases for the European Rights of Nature Tribunal: In Defense of Aquatic Ecosystems
The European Rights of Nature Hub, a regional GARN Hub working to advance the Rights of Nature in Europe, is pleased to announce that the civil society-led European Rights of Nature Tribunal: In Defense of Aquatic Ecosystems will be held on June 13th 2020 in Marseille-France, to confront the severe cases of ecocide and violations of the Rights of Nature occurring across Europe. We hope that this space will generate discussion, inspire debate and contribute to real impact solutions to the damage that is being done to European aquatic ecosystems, make the conflicts visible, alert citizens and pressure authorities and those responsible of the damages to take preventive and repair actions.

It is very important that all the requested information is provided through this application, so that the organizers of the Tribunal can make the selection of 2 cases for the European Rights of Nature Tribunal: In Defense of Aquatic Ecosystems, that is planned to be held in Marseille, France, on June 13th 2020, during the IUCN Congress.
