Authorization for Walking Trips Form (26/27) ||| Autorización para Viajes a Pie (26/27)
The form below authorizes your child to participate in walking trips in the neighborhood. This includes: 
  • Use of Highbridge Park for recess (weather permitting) 
  • Trips to other nearby local parks for lessons and activities
  • Use of the park for Clubs and PE activities
  • Trips to nearby schools and/or libraries for events (for these events, we will notify families ahead of time)
The children will be accompanied by Mott Hall teachers and staff per DOE guidelines.
