LHS Schedule Change Request Form_2022-2023
Students please complete this schedule change request form to request any changes to schedules.  Please know that we are still working on schedules so we will not begin processing requests until Monday, August 22, 2022.  

We will continue processing requests until the schedule change deadline of September 30, 2022.  Please do not call or email regarding schedule changes as this reduces the time we have to work on schedules and schedule requests.  This is the most efficient way to ensure all schedules and schedule change requests have been reviewed and processed.  Please be aware that not all schedule change requests will be honored due to availability.  Requests for specific teachers and course blocks will not be honored.  

Continue to review your HAC account for updates.  If there is a concern or conflict regarding your request you will receive an email, so please also monitor your school email for any emails from the counseling department.  The Program of Studies is linked here for your reference.  We certainly appreciate your patience and ask that you follow this process to allow us the opportunity to ensure students are scheduled properly.
