Organic Farmers ready to help .....
The Organic & Regenerative Investment Co-operative (ORICoop) are rallying support to assist those organic producers caught in the recent floods.  We are calling out to certified (& in-conversion) organic producers to assist their fellow farmers at this time of need.  And to enable these affected organic producers to feed their livestock while the floods recede, and beyond, while retaining their organic certification

We are critically aware of the difficulty for certified organic producers affected by natural disasters.  We are keen to connect farmers that are able to help, with those that are in the direct line of disaster, now & in the coming weeks.  And to work with these farmers for the long term future of organic farmers & the recovery of the land.

ORICoop is founded on the principles of Co-operative values, preserving & restoring certified organic farmland, real financial returns and localised food production systems.  True Cooperative principles are around caring about our communities in times of need, & looking beyond our own business in difficult times.

Full ORICoop details are http://www.organicinvestmentcooperative.com.au

We are still identifying the needs and farmers across this massive region.  However you can register and we will be in touch with those farmers that are closest, or have produce that can assist most.
