In keeping with the mission statement of District 75 STEAM Foundation, we are offering funds to support the goal of fostering every child’s creativity, technology-skills, and career readiness.

If you would like to make a request for a grant, please complete and submit this form.

Please make sure the form is filled out completely, and prior to turning it in please share with the building principal for their approval.

Once turned in, the STEAM Foundation will review your request and clarification may be needed.
